Ranger 198p rough water. Jul 22, 2019 · I didn't know they were making a 188P but the 198P is a bigger boat with a slightly different hull design made for rougher water and handles a larger engine. I think we only put about 22 hours on that one. 198p has the same foam-filled hull construction as Ranger’s glass fibre boats.
